UNDER OATH: Ombudsman logged the HOA sale was canceled & the owner was retained

Terayln Lewis certified the accuracy of Ombudsman Compliance Records for HOA foreclosures

Nona Tobin received uncertified copies of the CICC Ombudsman Notice of Sale Compliance Records for 2763 White Sage on 5/23/16. Teralyn Lewis (fka Thompson) provided certified copies of the OMB-NOS records for 2763 White Sage and 15 other Sun City Anthem foreclosures on 4/15/19. Item p) APN 124-29-314-081 3416 Casa Alto Ave No. Las Vegas 89031 was an HOA-foreclosure purchased by Joel & Sandra Stokes as trustees for Jimijack Irrevocable Trust subsequently purchased for One Dollar, the same price they paid for 2763 White Sage.
See 3/26/19 transcripts for the court’s rationale for refusing to admit these records into evidence that the 2/12/14 notice of sale and the HOA foreclosure sale were canceled, no notice of sale was in effect when the 8/15/14 sale was held, and no deed was delivered to the ombudsman as required by NRS 116.31164(3)(b)(2013)

DECL: Teralyn Lewis 4/15/19

Authenticated 2763 White Sage NOS Compliance Record

The Court erred in excluding the Ombudsman’s compliance records

The Custodian of Records had previously fulfilled Nona Tobin’s May 2016 and July 2018 public records request for all NRED compliance records related to the HOA sale with an uncertified copy of the Ombudsman’s Compliance screen No party refuted this evidence in discovery.

Red Rock withheld this communication with the Ombudsman and Sun City anthem attorneys helped them cover it up.

See Pages 29-30 RTRAN 3/26/19 for the Court’s justification for excluding the State of Nevada’s compliance log from evidence
