FACT: Nona Tobin is a Sun City Anthem owner with all rights of membership

Nona Tobin has been a Sun City Anthem owner in good standing since 2004

Nona Tobin has resided at 2664 Olivia Heights Avenue since 2/20/04 and has only paid a $25 late fee on her quarterly assessments one time in over 16 years. As an SCA member in good standing, Nona Tobin has all the rights and privileges of SCA membership and is a “Bound Party” under SCA’s CC&Rs.
Tobin’s SCA membership rights and privileges exist independently from whatever rights Nona Tobin has by virtue of being the owner of 2763 White Sage Drive as the successor trustee of the GBH Trust or as an individual.
